Summary: Featured Listings can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Unused Lead Credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable. For any refund request, email admin@edial.in.

Featured listings are non-transferable between institutes. The listing period begins immediately upon successful payment.

Credits do not expire. They remain in your account until used.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card). Refund timelines after approval:
Actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time and is outside our control.
If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is typically auto-reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If not received, please contact us with your payment details and we will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve it.
