1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using edial.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. About the Platform

edial.in is an online education directory operated by Edial Infomedia, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Platform allows students to discover educational institutes and allows institutes to list their profiles, post jobs, scholarships, and receive student enquiries.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Institute Listings

• Institute owners are responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate and up to date
• Listings must not contain false, misleading, or defamatory content
• We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our guidelines
• Verified badge is awarded after manual review and may be revoked if information becomes inaccurate

5. Paid Services

edial.in offers the following paid services:

• Featured Listings — ₹499/month (or as displayed at time of purchase). Places your institute at the top of search results for the duration purchased.
• Lead Credits — Purchased in packages. Each credit unlocks full contact details of one student enquiry. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, and digital wallets. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

7. Reviews and Content

• Reviews submitted must be genuine and based on real experience
• We prohibit fake, incentivised, or defamatory reviews
• By submitting content, you grant edial.in a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform
• We may remove content that violates our guidelines without notice

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: scrape or copy data from the platform; post spam or unsolicited messages; attempt to hack or disrupt the platform; impersonate another person or institute; use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

edial.in is a directory platform. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality or legitimacy of any listed institute. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listings, reviews, or information on the platform. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in No.7a, 4th Street, Kovilambakkam, Chennai - 600129.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
